This community seed bank is full of seeds grown out by friends and neighbors on the coast of Mendocino. We only provide this free resource to our neighbors on the Mendocino Coast- you will need a password to access our seed bank.
If you are local to the North Coast and already have a password click the button above to go directly to the seed bank. If it is your first time visiting our seed bank, welcome and please follow the instructions below!
How do I Access the Seed Bank Services?
Get a Password
If this is your first time accessing our seed bank and you are living in Northern California, please contact us and we will send you a password.
Order Seeds
Once you have a password you can access the seed list and order seeds by clicking HERE.
This free seed bank is made possible through your donations. If you would like to make a donation to the VGFP seed bank, please contact us!
Preserve Rare Varieties
Help us grow out rare varieties to replenish our community seed stock! When placing your seed order, be sure to check the box that says “Become a seed steward!” We will contact you with what varieties need to be preserved and provide you with seed saving assistance.
