The Global Network
Sharing experiences and resources for growing community, passing resolutions and implementing projects.
Our Roots.
The Garden Friendly Communities Resolution was created in 2019 as a tool communities could use to organize and strengthen a sustainable home and community garden movement.
This resolution declares the importance of the gardeners and gardens in our community as a source of health, beauty, local food, pollinator habitat and fun. This resolution can be passed by city, county, state and other governing bodies, businesses, neighborhood associations or organizations to catalyze a movement and unite in support of our Garden Friendly Communities.
We offer tools, templates and trainings to you to help you make your community a Garden Friendly Community.
If you have interest in passing this resolution where you live or work, contact us for more information or to let us know you are out there.
We are here to support you and with the goal that this movement spreads around the world. All we ask is that if you pass the resolution that you let us know and send us a link to your website so we can keep all this work open-source. Doing so will increase the change that others will have success in helping make their community more peaceful, beautiful, abundant and Garden Friendly!
